West Herr COVID-19 response – 2021 Update

West Herr has implemented the following protocols for our employees and customers safety:

  • Daily temperature screening for employees
    • Affected employees identified and isolated from other employees
  • Employees supplied with masks to be worn for customer and employee interaction
    • Masks available for customer use
  • Hourly cleaning and disinfecting of entrances, exits, common areas and seating
  • Hand sanitizer stations available for use in all departments
  • Plexiglas dividers set up for interactions between employees and customers
  • Seating areas spaced for social distancing
  • Floor decals outlining where to stand when waiting
  • Communication and training provided for management
  • Vehicle cleaning and disinfecting for test drive and service/collision customers
    • Performed pre and post visit
