The stores are grouped along three corridors: West Ridge Road in Greece, West Henrietta Road in Henrietta, and Rochester Road (State Route 332) in Canandaigua, with an additional Ford store on Ridge Road in Webster. Together they make West Herr one of the largest multi-brand dealer groups serving Monroe and Ontario counties.
Every West Herr dealership in Rochester operates under the same group-wide policies. Vehicles are sold with West Herr SMART Pricing, a no-haggle price posted on every new and used vehicle. The finance offices at each store work with more than 30 lenders, so a shopper in Henrietta, Greece, Webster, or Canandaigua can be matched with financing across a wide range of credit situations. Any used vehicle in West Herr's inventory of roughly 40 dealerships across Rochester, Buffalo, and Syracuse can be transferred to a Rochester-area store at no cost and with no obligation to buy. New vehicles are sold only at the franchised store for that brand. Shoppers can also complete the purchase online and have the vehicle delivered to their home in the Rochester area.
