West Herr Funded Documentary Has Preview Screening

Team West Herr had a wonderful time at the preview screening of “Defying Death on the Atlantic” at BTPM NPR 👏🎥🎬

The documentary, which was funded by Scott & Kathy Bieler & narrated by William Fichtner, tells the story of the 2022 Fight Oar Die rowing team whose boat capsized while attempting to row across the Atlantic Ocean to raise awareness for mental health.

The four person team, who West Herr sponsored, consisting of Veterans Chad (who is originally from Clarence,) Tom, Will & Nick share their unbelievable journey to stay alive after spending 18-hours on the open water in a life raft.

The film will be carried by over 200 stations across the country and will make its debut this Memorial Day (5/26) at 9pm on PBS.
