West Herr Hosts ‘Hidden Barrier’ Business Event

We recently teamed up with Buffalo Niagara Partnership to host an important business event called “Hidden Barrier” which addressed how the ‘benefits cliff’ is making it harder for businesses to hire and retain employees in today’s climate.

This was attended by a variety of local businesses/employers and there was a discussion on what tools exist to better navigate this new phenomenon. 👔 🤝
