WEST HERR WEDNESDAY: Paul DiLorenzo

For this week’s West Herr Wednesday, we headed over to Honda of Canandaigua to meet Used Car Manager, Paul DiLorenzo! Paul has been in the auto industry for about 20 years now.

Paul mentions he stared in Automotive Sales in 2002 at another auto group and started with West Herr in December of 2022.

“I’ve always admired how West Herr does business and how they treat their customers & employees.” Paul says that when his company got sold, he was grateful to have the opportunity to work for West Herr.

Paul mentions how grateful he is to work with such an amazing team around him. “Any question or concern I have; people are always willing to help.”

Paul mentions there was a lot of co-workers that have helped pave the way for him when first starting at West Herr.

“My GM, Bobby Carlin, has really taken me under his wing and helped show me the ‘West Herr Way’. My Service Manager, Russ Vandewall is incredible and has helped me tie the sales department with the service department.” Paul says.

He also mentions he loves working alongside the Sales Manager of Honda Canandaigua, Corrine O’Malley. Paul says, “She’s helped me really get to know our Sales Consultants, Technicians and Office Staff which has been super helpful.”

Paul mentions that he is always striving for growth and always wants to be the best version of himself. He says that he would potentially love to be a General Manager in the coming years of his career here at West Herr.

When Paul is working, he loves to stay active. He mentions how one of his favorite summer activities is golfing with his friends!

Paul is married to his wife, Nicole, and is a father of three children! They also have two dogs.As a family, Paul mentions they love to be by the water, whether it’s going to the beach, or taking walks along the canal. Paul also mentions he is an avid snowmobiler!

Paul mentioned that his favorite car is a Ford Mustang because he and his father built one from the frame up!

Paul states how happy he is to be a part of Team West Herr. He says, “Since I’ve started everyone has treated me with the upmost respect. I feel so welcomed and needed on the team!”
